Headed up by board member Ross Oxenham, the Project Delivery Team combines operational and production experts to form a cohesive super department. This team is responsible for ensuring the seamless management and delivery of every project within the agency, while providing an exceptional client experience.
Each project is overseen by a dedicated Project Lead, who meticulously plans, coordinates, and executes tasks with precision, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget management. The team's responsibilities also include coordinating with partner vendors for the construction and installation of physical infrastructure, audio-visual elements, and set and scenic designs. They excel in transforming creative concepts into tangible activations, placing live experiences at the core of every project.
Additionally, the team upholds rigorous health and safety protocols and enforces comprehensive quality assurance measures to guarantee flawless execution.
