In the Operations department on SharePoint you can find a Project Framework folder. Within this you can find the following folders:

Client Management:

Docs and templates related to client communication, including status meeting agendas, decks, debriefs etc.

Budgeting:

Includes budgeting templates and mark up calculators.

VIEW

Suppliers & Freelancers:

Docs and templates related to supplier communication, including NDAs, briefing templates etc.

VIEW

Project Timeline:

Templates for project timelines and deadline matrix.

VIEW

Health and Safety:

Briefing Docs, accident reporting and structural engineer briefing.

Build Schedule:

Does what it says on the tin.

On site documents:

Docs and templates that would be required onsite and during the load/derig period eg. Induction register, site packs etc.

Collaborate Insurance and accreditations:

Our up date Insurance policies and any accreditations that may be required to share to venues or suppliers.

ESG – Sustainability:

Environmental, social Governance – Contains ESG policy and sustainable documentation.

Useful Documents:

Collection of docs and templates that don’t naturally fit into the other subfolders eg. expense form, letter head.

Project Flow Guide:

This is a cheat sheet, showing a project life cycle and the various requirements throughout the job. The sheet will have links back to the specific folders in the Project Docs folder, so you can find them easily all from one document.
